Shipping and Delivery FAQs
We offer free shipping within Australia. For international orders, flat rate $00.00 shipping fee applies.
For Australian orders, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination but usually range from 7-21 business days.Any orders placed after 12 pm (AEST) Friday will not be packed for delivery until the following Monday due to our fulfilment warehouse being closed for the weekend.
We send an email containing tracking information to our customers once an order is processed.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipment, please email us a photo of the shipping package the jar came in and the damaged jar. Be sure to include the shipping label in your photo.
