MGO stands for Methylglyoxal, the compound responsible for Manuka honey's antibacterial properties. Higher MGO levels indicate a more potent honey.

We offer five premium Manuka Honey products with the following MGO levels:
2000+ MGO: The highest potency, ideal for serious health applications.
1500+ MGO: Extremely potent, suitable for significant health support.
1000+ MGO: Highly potent, great for robust health benefits.

Depending on the MGO level, Manuka Honey can be used in various ways:Low to Medium MGO (500+ to 700+): Daily consumption, skincare, and immune support.High MGO (1000+): Digestive health, wound care, and throat soothing.Ultra High MGO (1500+ to 2000+): Specific health concerns, chronic wound care, and significant immune support.

We offer free shipping within Australia. For international orders, flat rate $00.00 shipping fee applies.

For Australian orders, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination but usually range from 7-21 business days.Any orders placed after 12 pm (AEST) Friday will not be packed for delivery until the following Monday due to our fulfilment warehouse being closed for the weekend.

We send an email containing tracking information to our customers once an order is processed.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipment, please email us a photo of the shipping package the jar came in and the damaged jar. Be sure to include the shipping label in your photo.

Manuka Honey is a food, and unfortunately this means we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. This is to protect our customers from products that may be opened or tampered with. You are not permitted to cancel any order once the Product has been shipped except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

On the off chance that any product is defective upon delivery to you, please contact us with photos of the defect/damaged product. We will then instruct you to return the product to us, and we will provide you with a credit or replacement for the defective product.
