Our apiary is situated where a diverse range of Manuka trees naturally flourish, and we've carefully designed our orchard around these trees, the bees' flight patterns, and feeding times. Preserving purity through cold extraction

Our beekeepers not only cold extract and pack the honey at temperatures lower than the beehive itself, but they also keep the honey from each hive separate, never blending it with others. This ensures that each batch has its own unique color, flavor, aroma, and taste. Though this meticulous process takes longer, it ensures that all the crucial enzymes, antibacterial properties, and nutritional value are retained.

Rigorous MGO testing for traceable authenticity

Our Manuka honey is meticulously tested by reputable laboratories to ensure it meets the Australian Manuka Honey Association (AMHA) standards. Independent laboratories measure Methylglyoxal (MGO) levels using a unique process to guarantee the honey's unique MGO levels. This reliable testing method, along with the identification of unique chemical markers, confirms the authenticity and purity of our product.
